Ctrl + Alt + Del options disappeared in XP?

This was quite an annoyance for me a few weeks ago. I booted up one day and ctrl+alt+del'd and it was just a blank window with no XP styling and no options to minimize or close.
The trick is to double click the window and the options appear again. It took me a couple of days to figure this one out. Hope you don't have the same problem!
